🛡️ Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

1. Adults-only platform (18+)
Bagwan Rishtey is a matrimonial platform intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. Registration requires a date of birth and users below 18 are blocked from creating an account. Every visitor must confirm they are 18+ before using the app.
2. Prohibited content & conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and reporting to authorities:
- Any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — images, videos, text, or links
- Creating a profile of, or on behalf of, a minor
- Sexualisation of minors, grooming, or solicitation of a minor
- Sharing, requesting, or promoting CSAE in any form
- Any content that exploits or endangers children
3. How we prevent & detect
- Mandatory 18+ age gate and date-of-birth verification at registration
- Every profile is manually verified by our admin team via phone call before it goes live
- In-app Report Abuse tool on every profile for users to flag concerns
- Reported content is reviewed promptly and violating accounts are removed
4. Reporting & action
Anyone can report suspected CSAE or a minor on the platform using our Report Abuse tool or by emailing info@bagwan.live. On confirmation we will:
- Immediately remove the content and suspend the account
- Preserve evidence and report to the relevant authorities and, where applicable, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) / local law enforcement / India's cybercrime portal (cybercrime.gov.in)
- Cooperate fully with any lawful investigation
5. Compliance
These standards comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable child-protection laws including the POCSO Act (India). We review and update these standards regularly.
